Tartare di salmone con funghi Shiitake
salmon tartar served with grilled Shiitake mushrooms and toasted filone bread

Mozzarella di bufala con prosciutto di Parma
buffalo mozzarella served with prosciutto from Parma

Carciofi saltati in padella con gamberi
shrimp and baby artichokes sautéed with fresh herbs, white wine and lemon juice

Vellutata di funghi porcini
puree of potato and porcini mushroom soup

Ravioli a forma di cuore all’astice
home made heart shaped ravioli filled with lobster and ricotta cheese

Branzino al forno con patate arrosto e spinaci
wood oven roasted sea bass served with spinach and roasted potatoes
